“A bit dared rooms, not modern, but ok for 1 night, stunning riverside view. Patio in the restaurant is nice, but really cannot enjoy the view due to high fence (possibly put up to avoid drunk customers rolling off into the river)”

“Booked a family suit only to be told on arriving that no pets are allowed in the suits. We was then offered a lower ground double room for pets with no refund as i was told the rooms are the same price. I doubt this very much. Anyway we had to stay and the place is nice, drinks are reasonable. ”

“I had made an error in booking and the staff member, I can't remember her name, was really helpful. All the staff I encountered at breakfast and the front desk were really lovely and helpful. Rooms were very clean and the rain shower heads, made the early wake up so much easier.”

“We felt very welcomed and looked after during our stay. Dogs are truly welcomed and accepted as part of your family by a host who truly loves and understands dogs and their needs. Blanket, bowls and mat are provided for dogs which was very thoughtful. We also didnt have to abandon our pups so we could eat breakfast, our pups lay well behaved under our.table patiently waiting on the promise of a beach walk once we had finished. Breakfast was gorgeous, could not fault the food or the service at……

“We have stayed many times at this hotel and it has always been pleasant, very clean and cannot fault the staff, apart from one young man serving on the bar on Saturday night whom I asked for a Long Island ice tea, he said no the hot drinks machine is broke ? I said it’s a cocktail? And he replied abruptly I know but we’re not doing them ?apart from that it was lovely. ”
