"It was a cheap option! The sleeper sofa was old and very stained mattress! The floors were not vaccumed or mopped. We had spill stains in the kitchen area and hair on the bathroom floor. The staff was very nice and did get you supplies for the room when needed. Parking was a nightmare, thin walls, One of the kitchen panels was off exsposing screws. Pool was nice and getting to the beach easy. Over all a decent place to stay if your on a budget or over night stay"

"Great location! Love availability of chairs and umbrellas. The staff at the beach very helpful. Our room was nice but there was an extremely bright light outside the bedroom. They need room darkening curtains. So bright. We ask for 2 blankets, a remote for TV and only had 1 garbage bags it took them 3 days to deliver after multiple requests. Front desk staff not helpful. Wish the pool was heated. Hardly anyone in the beautiful pools because they were so cold!! Hot tubs were nice. "

"Great location to beach and restaurants. Pier Park drivable. Liked pool, but not covered in sun all day on spring break. Condo was super cute and roomier than expected. Even though it said it slept four, which included a pullout couch in the living room, we actually could have slept six since there was a set of bunk beds in the living area. It would have been a tighter fit with six, but we had four and were happy not to have to pull out the couch."
