“It took some time for the staff to receive two of us because the buzzer or bell service wasn’t working. It took longer to check in. I called the hotel line and got quite the run around. Even when the staff showed up the operator wasn’t listening and would not let me off the line for some time. Once the staff arrived, everything was great.
