“I traveled to Palmer from Nome with some friends and our 9-11 year old boys to visit the state fair. This house was perfect for us! Very clean, much more spacious than we anticipated, and was in a great location. Walked to the Palmer Ale House one night, and walked over to the historic railroad trail to the Matanuska River. There are pull out beds in almost every room for more sleeping space if needed. Had fun playing old records on the record player and putting together puzzles at night. ”

The property is very secluded with views that are just absolutely stunning. The sunrises and sunsets just hit different from this property on a hill. Julie and Brian were nothing but accomodating and very helpful. The cottage is immaculate and the property is beautifully maintained. They put in some hard work in maintaining it and it shows! We cannot thank them……

“Very nice new and charming log cabin with a great view. Many nice features such as a heated bathroom floor. Two comfortable beds are located on the upper floor in an open loft. Everything was very clean. Our stay at the cabin was wonderful and we would highly recommend it. However, it is important to mention that if you miss the immediate right turn to the cabin (especially at night) and go straight down the road a ways looking for a place to turn around you come to a drive with signage……

“Imagine arriving at a magical treehouse light up and surrounded by trees, absolutely breathtaking. John & Cheri went above and beyond to make us feel so welcomed. They had a fire going so we could enjoy s'mores, which were individually packaged! 😍 Then you enter a beautifully built three story treehouse to pleasantly find all sorts of goodies and amenities. All of the special touches make you feel like you're at home and will never want to leave. We truly enjoyed sitting on the deck, drinking……

We appreciated that multiple high schools were an easy commute for the events we needed to attend. Everything was well executed. We really could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. It’s was clean, quiet and felt like home. The finishing touches and attention to detail helped to make this place extra special. I would highly recommend this property! A true gem!”
