My overall rating is based on the many bad experiences we've had during our stay. However, I rated the staff a bit higher because they did at least try to fix the issue every time.
Our first issue was when we paid for our room and received our key the first night. They don't have a good system to tell what is paid apparently? As they called us and said we needed to pay immediately after we already paid for 7 nights. When we went to the front desk and showed where the money was deducted from our bank, they apologized and explained they got confused since it showed we would pay at the place (which we did a couple hours earlier). I'd recommend not paying in cash just in case, so you can pull up a statement record as other reviews online say the same thing.
Then the first 3 nights after the check in night, each night, our key card would deactivate. When we went to the front desk, they would fix the problem. The second night they reactivated the key card. The third night, they gave us a new one but never put how many nights were left. The fourth night they added in the total days left to be sure it wouldn't keep happening, and finally the issue was fixed for the rest of the stay.
Room cleaning only emptied trash if it was overflowing, rarely made beds, cigarette burns in sheets, broken light fixture that had the light dangling. And out of space for the rest.
