Finding the location was a bit tricky i circled the block a few times trying to get to the entrance. Finally checked in, easy process, friendly service. Parking available in the garage right across the way seemed fair. The atmosphere was nice, restaurant connected seemed good, the elevator was clean and functional, room was nice and clean, balcony view was okay for a 4th floor room, suggeste getting a higher room if your wanting a view from the balcony. Overall it was good experience.

The property was in an excellent location. Room was spacious but could use some updates. I wanted to like this hotel but front desk staff needed training in guest hospitality. They were supposed to give complimentary waters when we checked in. However, that didn’t happen and we didn’t know at that time. But we learned that we can get free bottled water so we decided to claim after a long day of walking and we were parched. We asked for water and the front desk attendant refused to believe us that we never got our complimentary water when we checked in. She insisted on charging us 2.50 each. It’s a nominal amount but the point is — this attendant chose to assume the worst than the best. And the tone and posture was actually disheartening. I am in the hospitality business and I would be mortified if my staff member talked to a guest in the same way this attendant talked to us. $5 is a small price to pay in keeping a customer happy and trusted.

It was a nice place to stay. Wasn’t happy to have to call front desk for towels due to housekeeper not having any. Parking is crazy priced a night, I suggest leaving parked at hotel and taking cta or walking around.

the was not the cleanliness, floor need vacuum, glass dirty, sheet had hair in the sheets. check in was at 3:00pm did not get off the road until 7:30pm and my room was cancel the manager explain she haven't heard from me so they cancel the room. She re booked me the same room at a more price. the hot water wasn't working took them over a hour to fix the hot water. only thing that was given was free breakfast coupons. terrible

Regina at the front desk was just horrible , she was not a manger or anything of that short , she just tried charging my card before I was present then cancelled my room after the fact I called the hotel to tell them I’m running late & stuck in traffic, when I got there she told me she cancelled my room because I didn’t pay & they are completely sold out & she changed prices on room & magically a room became available. I already locked in a price with Expedia when I booked my room to begin with when I asked her about the price change she claimed that’s what Expedia’s price was but I knew it wasn’t making sense she over charged me almost 200$ per night after checking in I ask her for a invoice & to break down my charges she refused & insisted I would get all of those the morning of check out , when I recieved my invoice it was almost 600$ taken out of my account all because Regina wanted to do what Regina wants to do I’m sure what she did was very unethical! I’ve never experience something like this . Prior to all this a women was at the front desk asking for a room change because her water in the shower n sink was coming out brown & hail marry Regina at the front desk told her it was normal & safe & she will not accommodate her because she’s sold out for the night I’m sorry nothing about brown water sounds normal or safe , if that’s who this hotels chooses to represent them then they will never recieve my business again .
