The experience at this hotel was extremely frustrating. Check-in was a nightmare due to incorrect information on Expedia and the hotel's website, leading to refusal of accommodations and perceived age discrimination by staff. After four hours of disputes, we finally got into a dirty room with stained towels and carpet. When we requested new towels, none were provided. An altercation in the lobby required police intervention, but staff did not assist. The room key was repeatedly de-magnetized, and the front desk staff were rude about replacements. During check-out, the card malfunctioned again, and despite explaining the situation, staff threatened to charge for an extra day. After further delays, we received a new key but were threatened with a ban for having an unlisted guest. (Our friend came to visit for a few hours but didn't spend the night) Honestly being banned would be great since I will never step foot in any La Quinta Inn for the rest of my time on earth!
