“First- the host was amazing. Very responsive and helpful. The listing was exactly as described. Second- location close to the city and easy to maneuver around either by our own vehicle or Uber. There were no issues with the neighborhood- it was very quiet. Third- and I think really important- it’s hard to find a reasonably priced rental in Pittsburgh with two full bathrooms. “This home is so beautifully appointed… The owners did not just furnish and supply a home with a bunch of cheap things. They actually took time and created a really beautiful space. I only used one room, but I had three others to choose from if I wanted… The kitchen was beautiful and spacious and the whole house was, so comfortable . The details and this home are a real stand out… They even supplied me with Neutrogena make up wipes… The bathtub is amazing … And The hosts were so nice and the……

“The neighborhood was very quiet. Close to restaurants and an ALDIs. A few places to eat and hangout on Penn St. The area is welcoming to all and going through transformation for the better. Enjoy the neighborhood bunny if you see it.”

“Enjoyed our stay at the property. Check in process worked as described. Clean , modern , excellent location next to baseball/football stadium. Great park walking trails with minutes from front door. Mattress was great, have all the appliances you need for a short term, longer term stay . We enjoyed walking to the "Strip" and "Lawrenceville" to enjoy the multitude of shops and restaurants. If I had to offer any constructive suggestions it would be that the cutlery, dishes , plates ..... are……

“Four of us came out to Pittsburgh for a weekend of baseball. The house was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Everything that we needed for our stay was provided and communication with the host prior to our arrival was timely and detailed. As an older house, there are things that could be updated or replaced, but for our purposes it was perfect. An air conditioner for the second floor bedroom would be nice, as it reached the 90's when we were there and sleeping was a bit……

“The communication with Arthur was great, the house was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We had 6 adults and it was great for each couple to have our own bedroom and bathroom. The house is updated and is walking distance to many downtown Pittsburg events and locations. Parking on the street wasn’t an issue at all and the grocery store was only a block away. I would highly recommend this property if you are coming to Pittsburg.”
