“This was a cute unit. It’s an older property so everything creeks, but part of the charm. Very very noisy people on the second floor, but that wasn’t the rental companies fault. Rate was good, but fees were extremely high. I’ve never seen the fees higher than the nightly rate and I use VRBO all the time. ”

“So much wrong, can’t even fit everything into this review. When we arrived to the building there was mold all over the door, including the door handle which we obviously had to touch in order to get in. There were a small set of wooden stairs that were covered with mold and so slippery that a few of us almost slipped multiple times. Opening the door to the apartment was a joke. It looked like a construction site. The entrance, hallway and staircase were definitely not pictured in the listing. At……

I feel that it is a bit misleading in the listing as you do not realize the unit is truly squeezed in between full time residential apartments.. However the location across the street from the beach and the vicinity to Rt. 9 cant be beat for sightseeing in the area. The only issue we had was the unit was not clean or ready for us upon arrival it took quite awhile to get in touch with the property manager who seemed unaware of……
