“The apartment is beautifully restored, whimsically decorated with very nice furniture which is also comfortable. There are lights and outlets everywhere!! Linens and towels sparking clean and brand new!! All kinds of kitchen equipment. As an “older person”!! I had a little trouble navigating the shower that is in an enclose tub but that would not be a problem for the young. It is in a part of town with a moderately busy street and a rooster in the am!! But the white noise machines on both……

“The house is literally on the wrong side of the tracks It’s on a small dead end street. The houses across the street are falling apart. with some windows, not even boarded up I was in fear that our house and/or car was going to be broken into this is not a pleasant neighborhood. House is old and in need of significant repairs I wandered into the back porch and I was actually afraid that it was going to collapse The cement stares outside or steep, and the railing is crooked. “This 1 BR apartment is very spacious, comfortable and cute. It came very well equipped with everything you need including washer and dryer. It was very, very clean and decorated very nicely. The property also has a salt-water pool, fitness center, dog park and multiple BBQ’s. Definitely the place to stay in southeastern CT.”
