“This apartment was a perfect place for our family to stay while visiting our son at the Coast Guard Academy. It is in a great location and was filled with touches and amenities that showed a great deal of care and thoughtfulness by the owners. (There were even two desks for homework;) This is now my ‘go to’ rental for New London! ”

“We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. There was limited noise from the neighbors and although it is close to train tracks, the trains didn't keep us up at night. “I was in town with my son for the Young Playwrites Festival at the Eugene O’Neill Theater and this was the perfect location! While he was in workshops I was able to explore the area. The home is convenient to Mystic, Niantic, New London and several state parks! The home was clean and comfortable. The shower was a little awkward for my 5’8 teenager but he made it work!”

“This is incredible find and Al, the host, could not have been more hospitable. The rental is so close to downtown New London and Niantic and the highway that it was easy to get to and from all major necessities and recreation. We loved the design of the guest house and had everything we needed (air fryer added from the pictures only). The grounds were meticulously kept and the pool was inviting and warm!
