This retreat enjoys approximately 150 feet of creek frontage and a firepit next to the creek where you can gather for some storytelling while roasting s'mores with your loved ones. You are also .3 miles to access the Benton MacKaye Trail (BMT), nine miles from Blue Ridge, 12 miles from Blue Ridge Marina, 13.5 miles from Ellijay, and 16 miles from the Ocoee Basin for white rafting and hiking.
There is plenty of outdoor space to create everlasting memories with your loved ones. A fenced dog run and fenced yard with astroturf and rock make this retreat truly perfect for guests traveling with dogs. The extensive deck offers a great spot to dine alfresco, host summertime cookouts using the gas grill, and lounge around the gas firepit.
As you enter this home away from home, you will be greeted by a quaint rustic ambiance with wooden and stone accents throughout. The inviting living room provides you with a fantastic and cozy place to gather - curl up on any of the comfy sofas and watch a favorite movie or show while the gas fireplace keeps you nice and toasty. Off the living area is a well-furnished porch facing the creek from where you can access the deck. Back inside, the cabin boasts a fully-equipped, eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. A Keurig coffee maker will surely please all coffee enthusiasts in your group. The magic that holds this cabin might have you wanting to stay longer, but there is no need to worry about laundry! There is a designated laundry room with a stacked washer/dryer.
The primary bedroom can be found on the first floor, while the loft area hosts a private sleeping nook with a comfy bed, a TV, a seating area, and an en suite bathroom.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
