The staff has always been very friendly and the hotel is overall in good condition. If you are not a pet person, don't stay on the first floor. The rooms have a pet smell. The room we had on the fourth floor was good overall, but the mattress had a big hole in the top cushion that you could feel through the sheets. I advised the staff and they said they would let management know. Still, overall we were very pleased with our stay. Just don't expect the Waldorf Astoria.

The hotel was feel clean. The room was spacious. The only problem I had is every time I went to the front desk I had keep wait for someone to come back. I am assuming they may be a little short staffed. Almost forgot, the ice machine and vending machine are on the 3rd floor.

Room floors were very dirty. I wore white socks and they were absolutely filthy after one day. The housekeeping staff and front desk staff talk outside rooms waking even the hardest sleepers. Not everyone gets up at 9 am when they are retired and on vacation. Positive was breakfast. Nice variety.

The room was not very clean. We found trash under the beds and fuzz balls around the room. There was a couple of long hairs in the bathroom floor and short hairs around the inside of the tub as if someone had given their dog a bath. The refrigerator had been turned off or down to where the freezer section had defrosted and there was water dripping everywhere inside the refrigerator. They only served biscuits and sausage gravy for breakfast. I was at least expecting some eggs. They did have a waffle maker, yogurt, cereal, etc. They were low on everything when we got there and had to wait on them to bring out some more breakfast items.
