“Really impressed with location of property (we attended Goodwood Festival of Speed). Instructions provided were easy to follow and were correct. House was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. The kids played for hours with the provided toys and the welcome basket was a lovely touch. The beds were really comfortable and perfect after a long day walking. This will be our first port of call the next time we are in the area and we could have easily stayed longer.”

“We stayed at the Pool House only last week, and had a lovely time. There were 3 reasonably sized double bedrooms all with en-suite which was a real plus. “Filthy kitchen, filthy fridge, smelly microwave. You could not use any of the crockery unless you washed it first. The crockery was put back in the cupboards unwashed. There was no hot water. The kitchen cupboards had sticky handles and I felt simply unclean being there. I booked 6 nights but left in the morning after the first night. I’ve seen reviews of this place a year old echoing my comments so the owner takes no notice of reviews. Beware. ”

“Everything about our stay was perfect. The house is gorgeous. There was an issue with the freezer and they brought us a replacement within a few hours which was impressive & essential as we needed ice for drinks! The garden is so lovely.
