“Die Villa in Bellerive liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort direkt über dem Murtensee, tolle Aussicht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr komplett, modern und grosszügig. Grundsätzlich alles OK, wenn da nicht die Agentur HEIWA House wäre. Deren Service existiert eigentlich gar nicht. äusserst kompliziertes Check-in, kein persönlicher Kontakt zur Agentur, man wird laufend mit x-Mail bombardiert und liest offenbar die gesandten Antworten nicht. Ohne viel Glück wären wir bei unserer Ankunft (es war ja niemand……

“The apartment was very comfortable. All bedrooms had blackout shutters, which was very nice. Lovely balcony with a pretty view of the towns rooftops and the water in the distance. We had a car so we didn’t use the bus system too much but there is a stop literally right outside the building that will take you all over the city. And the host provides guests with passes that gives access to the bus. Very convenient. The town is very pretty, and has lots of interesting places to se. We enjoyed our……

“Die Gastgeber sind äusserst nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben zum zweiten Mal Urlaub in diesem Haus gemacht und den Aufebthalt sehr genossen. Es gibt alles, was man benötigt und alles ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft!”

“My partner and I were appalled by the misleading information given on Hotels.com. We saw a plaque at the hotel entrance that says “Four Stars 2026”, which means right now it is NOT a four-star hotel; it is HELL. I don’t understand why we were given thick blankets at the height of summer, a dusty mini fan and a mini fridge that doesn’t work. We had the WORST sleep for two nights. We couldn’t open the windows because it was noisy outside. My partner became sick and I think my cancer got worst……

A Four-star hotel in 2026! Misleading information!

"My partner and I were appalled by the misleading information given on Hotels.com. We saw a plaque at the hotel entrance that says “Four Stars 2026”, which means right now it is NOT a four-star hotel; it is HELL.
