Montford Drive is one of Charlotte's most desirable strips with a great mix of bars and restaurants, including Angry Ales and Good Food on Montford. Directly across the is Park Road Shopping Area where you'll find a mix of old-fashioned and modern businesses.

Lovely Property!
My elderly parents stayed at this property and really enjoyed it. The check-in process was well documented and the owners were very responsive. While there were stairs upon entry, the property also has a handy elevator close by. Loved the set up and location. Very quiet and safe.

Comfortable digs in great neighborhood
The apartment is small yet spacious; nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable and just right for an individual or couple looking to stay in a great neighborhood of Charlotte. Though it is located on a busy street, the building itself is very quiet and secure. Two large shopping centers and multiple restaurants are within easy walking distance, as is access to the beautiful Little Sugar Creek Greenway, perfect for a bike ride or jog. The hosts were extremely kind and responsive, and answered any questions I had very promptly. They also provided detailed check-in information with photographs that made the process very easy. Check out was simple too, especially since they take care of the trash and dishes for you. Nice place to stay!

President's Cup
My daughter and I stayed for 2 nights. Property owner was extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. The building is secure and in the perfect proximity to Quail Hollow golf course. Also very clean.

Cute Apartment
This was just a cute and very clean apartment! My friend and I only stayed the night but I would stay again in a heartbeat. It was very clean and both bed and pull our couch were very comfy. Make sure to look at the picture directions for checking in if you’re a visual person. My friend and I both loved it here! It was close to the mall and other restaurants. I highly recommend!

Perfect!
My best friend and I were in town for a concert over the weekend. We stayed one night. Before we arrived, the host sent a detailed message about entry, check-in, check-out, and the house rules. Entry was a breeze with detailed instructions. The apartment was exceptionally clean, very cute, and had all of the necessities — coffee, bath & laundry products, etcetera. The bed was SO comfortable! Noise from the upstairs neighbor could be heard, BUT, that is not in the host’s control and is to be expected in an apartment or condo-style rental. Overall, we had a great stay in a cute apartment with wonderful hosts, and we hope to be back soon. :)

Nice apartment convenient (for us) to family and shopping. Small, but perfectly suitable for two people. Very clean, so clean that the disinfectant smell is a bit much when you walk in. Lots of thoughtful amenities provided. Hope to return.

I have stayed at a number of rental properties in Charlotte and I have to say this was definitely my favorite. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location. The hosts even include coffee which is a plus and tide pods for laundry! 10/10 recommend, would love to stay here again.
