The bunk/kids room features a bunk beds (two twin beds) with 50" Roku TV. Upstairs, there is a dual vanity full bathroom along with a loft/kids play area with 32" Roku TV.

-Please cover the outdoor BBQ/grill with the cover after use (after allowing it to cool).

SAFETY DEVICES:
Exterior security cameras present:  We have one doorbell camera at the front door, one at the driveway, and one at the rear deck. These will be on during your stay and are for your safety and ours.

Noise decibel monitor present:  There is a noise monitoring device indoors which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.

***EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT REQUEST***
We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request.
This will depend on the property and the cleaner's availability.
We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.
