“We were a family of 3 in town for usc family weekend. The house was clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen seemed good but we didn't cook at all so I'm not sure about how it's stocked. Bedrooms has plenty of space. ”

“Check in instructions are very clear. The location is perfectly located in Columbia to go to everything. The apartment itself is great. Nice bed, spacious bathroom. Big enough for two people to brush their teeth and hair at the same time. There is a lot of sunlight. Great for getting up early in the morning. ”

“Came in town for USC football game. Kitchen was well suited to prepare our tailgate. A basket of snacks and waters were on the kitchen table, which was a nice surprise upon arrival. The property manager was extremely attentive. Alerted of no hot water and issue was corrected within an hour. Portable AC units in living room and bedroom worked great, as it was very hot and humid. There is no central AC. Great stand-up shower…toilet area was tight. I’d stay here again!”

“We used this house as a place to stay while our sister was coming to her life’s end at her house which was close by. It gave us privacy and was very well appointed. Would definitely come back under better circumstances. ”
