There is a bedroom with a double bed and a toilet. There is an independent study in the ground floor. This studio contains one bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, living room and kitchen. In the ground floor there is also the playroom and fitness area with home cinema, table tennis table and mini gym.

• 1st Floor:
It is the pool that also includes the central living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, desk, bathroom with WC and shower. The living room leads directly to the pool area.

• 2nd Floor:
There are 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 2 bathrooms. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms and 2 single beds each. There is air-conditioning in all bedrooms, smart TV, free Wi-Fi Internet, Hi-Fi, X-box, washing mashine and dish-washer, Espresso machine.
