They didn't know what Expedia was so had no idea of my reservation. When I re-booked with them (they had spare rooms) they didn't know how to process foreign credit cards. A manager finally sorted it but didn't seem bothered about terrible arrival process that took 30 minutes to check in.
Room had stains, bin in bathroom had some smelly liquid in it.
Windows don't seal properly, so you hear the road.
Not good.

The staff were uniformly great. Even though we sometimes had language difficulties, an English speaker was always nearby, and they worked tirelessly to ensure a happy and relaxing stay.
The only negative I can mention is that even though it is a non-smoking facility, some guests routinely smoked in the hallways--but thoughtless patrons, not the hotel must carry the blame for that.
