"Loved our stay here. It’s perfectly located to walk to the center of town and the train and launching points for other activities! The staff were lovely including the sweet driver. We arrived early and so waited for our room in the lounge. Staff provided tea and the wait was pleasant. However, at the changing of shifts it seems the next shift didn’t know we had arrived and were waiting so I reduced a star for that. "The location of this property is within walking distance of groceries, trains, shopping, hiking and even recycling. You won't need to use a car to explore Chamonix. Charlie is willing to give excellent advice on outdoor adventures, and is a kind host. The view of the glaciers from the dining deck and hot tub are spectacular.
