“the experience was overall pretty decent. the check in and out process was very smooth. very smooth communication and easy access when needed clarification. most of the amenities listed where included. the starbucks right next to the building was a bonus for early morning snack and coffee runs. the area is the main factor because it's close to good food and shopping options. i was nervous because of the other review under this listening but it was overall satisfactory. areas of improvement……
