“The hotel was in a great area for shopping and dining and was close to major thoroughfares. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the room did not have a fridge as advertised. And while it may seem a minor point, the toilet lid did not close as it had been trapped in the up position when the counter top was installed. In a small bathroom, this was inconvenient. ”

“The room window was broken, have a hole. And I live in 1 st floor, which I can’t sleep when something the car past the road. It made me very tired.”

“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”

“Great location! We parked at the underground parking but no helpful signage to the direction of the lobby. We wish there was a ramp and not just stairs going up to the lobby to ease the flow of luggage. Overall okay stay. ”

“First off the hotel is nestled away and near lots of shopping and dining. The desk clerk Latoya is by far one of the best clerks I have encountered and I travel a lot. Very professional and check in was fast, especially being tired she got me in no time. The room omg was amazingly clean and smells really good. The facilities are a bit much for such the low price. Breakfast was basic but gets the job done. Night shift however I didn’t get the guys name are very clueless, so if you need anything……
