Available on short notice in East Nashville, a safe and friendly part of town.Positives:- Convenient to sites of interest for outdoorsy types (Percy Warner Park, Two Rivers Greenway) or city types (downtown--binder with recommendations on dresser)- Courtesy of having the place completely heated up with all lights on when I arrived- Warm, both literally and in the decor- Communication with the host was timely and courteous and very helpful on most things. “We were in awe with the fact that this was an old church and was remodeled into this cozy cottage that had all that was needed to enjoy our get away. My husband and I had brought our mothers’ along with our son and his husband.Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the property.”

“Had fun staying at the lake house with a group of guys. Nice quiet neighborhood, not far from Nashville. ”

“We stayed here over Christmas and it did not disappoint.The rooms downstairs were beautifully decorated for Christmas (thanks Mat and Kelly!) and when you're there for the holidays and packing so much, it really made all the difference to walk into a decorated house.Location is great! “This house worked great for our family (adult children). The house was stocked with plenty of towels, sheets, blankets, kitchen items, etc.Great location. Lyft XL rides were only 14 to get downtown (less than 10 for regular-sized car). A lot of services near the house.Awesome VRBO stay!”

“The property was very nice and close to downtown area. The hosts were very nice and responsive and worked with us to extend our checkout without hesitation. Check in process was super easy and the house was well equipped with what was needed for an out of town trip. This was one of the nicest places we have stayed at regardless of location and will definitely save this for future trips to Nashville! ”
