“Upon arrival our room was booked to someone else and there were no replacement. My family and I, after travelling all night had to sleep in the car. I would recommend going to a reputable branded hotel. It will be a bit pricey but at least your booking would be honored. Note this was a prepaid reservation and i was still met with disappointment on arrival. I wrote to the hotel on two separate occasions to let them know my time of arrival would be a bit later after the check in window. I dont……

“Better instructions for taxi drivers to find location as the location is in rapid construction development. Once you have determined your location and recognition by Uber cabs its relatively easy to get into the city of Riyadh. As a service apartment it’s lacking basics like crockery and cutlery. “Only saving grace, room was clean. The property is in terrible shape overall with very basic features. The people at the front desk were nice, but even the basic amenities were missing. Due to the current rush for hotels in Riyadh, these properties are getting a look-in at severely inflated prices. Else it is not even worth 10% of rental they charge.”

“If you book on Expedia then you will be given wrong address. there's 3 hotel with same name I unfortunately had to waste alot of money and time going to all three till found right one, the address on Expedia takes you to random intersection. ”

“The hotel was located in a very convenient location close to the airport. Rooms were very nicely appointed and they were very generous in size. My room was a tiny bit cold (quite reasonable being winter) and within minutes, a lovely heater had been brought in to keep me toasty warm! Staff were absolutely lovely to deal with and very obliging. Located in a safe and secure area with lots of amenities within a short distance. This hotel comes highly recommended. Thank you for a lovely stay!”
