“The hotel seems for a long time not fix and tidy it. Breakfast is ok. But the sofa is too queasiness that i even not want to sat there. Also, the location is too far away with kuta. I can not find out taxi or gojet. Only asking for hotel help. The hotel called a taxi, it is too expensive than blue bird or gojet. I do not have a choice to accept it. It is the place i would never recommend and visit again.”

“TUNAK was an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left Andi and his team were looking to make our experience more and memorable. The room and view from the villa was amazing as were thr meals from the restaurant. We feed deer each morning as we left our room (a lovely touch) On the 2nd day i request a special dinner for a wedding proposal and again the team went above and beyond. We wont forget the experience. ”

“Rooms were great, lovely grounds, great staff. Only negative was the noise from building work that the hotel is doing, could have warned when booking.”

“The hotel itself was beautiful but unfortunately the immediate area around the hotel is not - and had lots of building works going on - also not having a bar or restaurant or communal area on site is a negative - staff were lovely and helpful and as I said the hotel was lovely too ”

“优点：整体来说还是不错的，虽然客房距离酒店大堂有点距离，但是可以使用房间内的手机通过WhatsApp联络酒店方，但是似乎没有给手机卡缴费，出了酒店这部手机就不能使用网络了。 缺点：酒店在山上，下到海滩需要走半个小时的山路，路有些颠簸和急转弯，会晕车。周围其实没啥好玩的，酒店也没提供半日游玩一日游玩的介绍。并且，酒店提供的食品和包车服务比外面会贵不少。”

“Was ok until the unfortunate passengers who’d been rerouted from Bali all descended on our hotel. The hotel was just not capable of dealing with such demand and traffic so service was incredibly slow and disorganised. They ran out of food and they ran out of alcohol.”

“とても満足しています。 ホテル全体の設備が全て綺麗に整えられていました。 私の予約していた部屋はプライベートプール付きvillaで、リビングルームとキッチン付き❗️ とても綺麗で、広くて感動しました😍 朝食もとてもおしゃれで美味しかったです。 フロント､レストランのスタッフさん達も皆親切でした。 マッサージも2時間受けましたが､そちらも素晴らしいかったです👍”

“Geweldig hotel om te verblijven. Wij hadden een leuke huisje bij het zwembad. De medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk. Het dorpje Kuta ligt op 10 min. lopen ( wel donker), waardoor het hotel uit de drukte ligt.”

“这个酒店有年份了，设施都比较旧，地点偏远，走路回去要摸黑经过一条小巷，并不方便。我们入住的平房卫生条件一般，马桶更是。。。早餐套餐很一般，印尼风情的双层毛草房就不知道了。建议同胞们还是选新开的酒店吧”

“This was a beautiful property. The view was truly incredible, and the rooms were gorgeous. Hand painted accent wall, ac, flatscreen with streaming services (don't forget to log out of your account when you leave), and a separate shower and toilet. 10/10 reccomend!”
