“This was our family’s Thanksgiving vacation trip and I must say this home was everything we needed! Roomy, comfortable, welcoming and just down right fun. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking a big dinner and the entertainment was more than we could handle but we did with pleasure! What was great was the look on our Men’s faces when they saw the indoor Basketball Court! (What a wonderful surprise it was) This home was a great treat, no issues at all! “The size of the condo was good for 6 adults and 2 teens who stayed in the loft. The kitchen needed a spatula for cooking eggs and pancakes and more spoons and a large cutting board. I called them and they brought out new spoons and cutting board and spatula the next day. Every time I called them I was able to talk to someone and took care of our needs. It was in great location an very quiet. ”

“Overall it was an OK but not great stay. In a brief phone call the owner acknowledged that the property needs a lot of work, scheduled for January. Pluses: very clean, new bathroom, convenient location for shopping, restaurants, great views of the Sierra/Mount Whitney. Minuses: its an older manufactured home with some quirky features, worn carpet and cabinets, doors sticking and one of us had to tighten up a door handle that was ready to fall off.”

“This was the perfect condo for our family of 5! The condo has lots of windows, tons of natural light. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. The kitchen appliances worked well even though they are old. The only thing that wasn't perfect was that the microwave wasn't clean inside. We loved this condo and would definitely stay here again.”

Here are the highlights that are understated in the description and made our stay that much more pleasant: - Garage entry is taller than one thinks. Full-size SUV with rooftop Thule box had plenty of clearance. I was even able to open the box and unload the contents in the garage.
