“Honestly 10/10 I will definitely be booking with them everytime I come to Denver area. Drive is a bit far from everything but over all, host made it so flexible ! Breakfast in morning to your preference and designated room for your tree needs and home was open to everyone and rest of the individuals in the home where amazing as well! “We had the most perfect Thanksgiving holiday at this property. It snowed a couple of feet I think and the kids had so much fun playing outside in the snow then warming up by the fire. Location is perfect for hitting the slopes at Winter Park or hitting Frasier for dinner. Would definitely recommend for families or even a romantic getaway. ”

“In town for Mines parents weekend… perfect location. Great amenities. Very clean. (Do wish there was a Keurig, but the Mr Coffee worked just fine!) bathroom/shower is great. ”

“very friendly, safe neighborhood. Got to see lots of wildlife, the deer were right there in the back yard in the mornings. enough kitchenette to prepare our own food, but close enough to go out too. Host left a nice note and some snacks for us and the wildlife, very good experience”

“Wonderful view of the mountains. All of the essentials for a quick getaway. Slightly complicated to fit a full-size vehicle in the parking spot, but can back in if no one else is using the alley. The bedding had a slight odor in spots, but nothing too noticeable. The ”

“We had a very nice time during our stay at the Treehouse! The place is really well equipped in the kitchen, everything was so clean, the bed is very soft, and squish and it was a nice place to hang your hat. The furniture in the living room is very basic and not overly comfy, but you probably won't spend much time there.
