“First time we have stayed at the hotel and it’s safe to say we were not disappointed. Staff are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming and the hotel’s facilities are excellent. The breakfast is really good and there is plenty to choose from, also the free secure parking is excellent and an added bonus. “I stayed here a few nights ago, no issues at all, my room was clean and tidy, breakfast was great. Every interaction with staff members was pleasant. “Suite was good size, but was very warm despite having windows being open (-3 outside) radiators weren’t on so just the general temperature of the room. Bed sank into the middle but was comfortable on the whole. Room decor was fine, if not a little tired could probably do with modernising. Minor blemishes around the room were noticeable, caps on taps missing, cracked plug sockets etc. On the whole good value, but certainly not pristine. Would stay again, but unlikely to pay more.”
