The room was clean but dated and the room was very noisy. We could hear water draining from other rooms. The shower was not very hot and the bed was uncomfortable creaked every time you moved. Breakfast was good.

Woman clerk eating dinner at front desk without washing hands before checking in... yuk. Room backed up to elevators and electrical room. Around 9 pm it started making noise that sounded like inside of an aquarium. I assume a condenser or something, but quite annoying. Restaurant attendant did great job! Kept tables clean and promptly filled foods.

We were very disappointed that the treadmills didn’t work. We reported this to the staff right away. They let maintenance know but they could not fix them and they never worked during our stay. This is very important to our choice in where to stay. Really just wanted to leave but couldn’t get money back. Super disappointed. Additionally, it wasn’t overly clean and is starting to get run down. The shower water was not hot. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. There were weird noises in room from the hotel, not other guests.

I like the location since it it close to shopping and access to the interstate is close. I appreciate the free breakfast since many hotels don’t offer it. I love that there is coffee, tea, and hot chocolate offered at the entrance. I also love that bottled water is offered upon check-in. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The young man at the front desk (I apologize for not knowing his name) does an excellent job and is very attentive. He has checked us in with previous stays and consistently does a great job. Our room was very clean as well.

We didn't stay. Weather(severe ice storms in 50 mile radius) from THE HOTEL SITE prevented us from traveling. NO REFUND OR CHANGE OF ITINERARY was allowed. $160+ down the drain. Should have spent another 50% on travel insurance i guess. Or booked directly thru the hotel...i think they may have been more understanding.

Worst motel stay EVER!!!
Tiles in bathroom coming loose. Heater was hard to control-too hot or too cold. Pop machine stole my money and motel unable to refund it or give me a bottle of pop. Will NEVER stay there again.

Very clean, very nice and pleasant staff. We made a mistake on the day and left our things in the room past checkout. They were very understanding. They left everything as it was and waited for us to return. Very kind of them to help us out. Recommend highly.

The only real concern I have about this property is that I believe that the owners/managers should pay the staff well enough that they don't need to put cards in the rooms urging patrons to tip! I mean, you should be ashamed of yourselves for being such cheap, greedy business people.

On the first night there were people running up and down the halls all night, being loud and obnoxious. On the 2nd night, a guy was evidently drunk and more disruptive in the halls than I’ve ever heard a grown ass man. Literally screaming at the top of his lungs, he fell and crashed into something and screamed and screamed. It was absolutely appalling.
