I travel quite a bit and def don't have super high standards. However, this was So bad! We were sent to a room that wasn't ready, no bedding, towels or anything. Once it was ready, there was still left over garbage and crumbs all over from the people before us. And still no towels, cups, or anything.
The toilet wouldn't stop running, so my husband had to work on it. The air wasn't cold, so my husband cleaned the filters. There were holes in the wall. The toilet paper holder was laying on the counter, no where for it to be mounted. The beds were sagging and so uncomfortable. You would need at least 5 pillows to make 1 decent pillow. I could keep going but you get the pic. I understand they are going thru remodeling but it was def not a good experience. However, they did have plenty of plug ins; which is rare for a hotel. And the gentleman working the day we checked in was great, however the service the next day was very rude. First and last time staying at an AmericInn.
