“Josh's place was perfect for us--the ideal home base for exploring SW Utah's wealth of spectacular hiking trails. The apartment was spotlessly clean; very spacious; had many windows and lots of light in the walkout basement; 2 simple but nice bedrooms, each with a very comfy big bed and plenty of comforters & blankets and many choices of pillows; a really well-stocked shared bathroom (towels galore, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, tissues, Q-tips, etc.) with nice hot shower/tub and good……

“Older condo, no AC but cool even in summer, not fancy but cozy, clean and you can't go wrong at Brian head for summer or winter. The hot tub/pool was nice, security on site, and the owner had thought of everything we could need. more than 4 would be really tight. ”

“positives: host was very responsive, location close to ski resort, studio is small but recently renovated. negatives: our beds were not made upon arrival and we didn't have enough sheets to make the beds ourselves and the sheets never came because of an argument with the cleaning staff. The queen air mattress also leaked slowly throughout the night. I think both those things can be fixed easily and then this place would be 5 stars.”

“Overall the property was a great place to book for small groups. The unit has been updated in many ways. The only areas that a prospective renter should be aware of are the following: 1. the laundry facilities does not have a coin converter/dispenser, bring your quarters. 2. No coffee, creamer, sugar, or oil in the kitchen - bring your own. 3. The mattresses are soft, but this is a personal preference. ”

“Easy check in. Location is right across from Giant Steps. Close to everything. All the amenities and space we needed. Communication was easy with prompt responses. It has stairs as other reviews noted, but we had no issue. Definitely staying there next time. ”
