The space

A sliding glass door opens to a generous deck with ample seating and a gas grill, complete with an awning for shade. Steps from the deck lead to the yard and an outdoor shower. On this level, you'll also find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite.
The lower level boasts a cozy den, a laundry area, 3 additional bedrooms, and a full bathroom, with garage access from the den.

Guest access
At the time of booking, you will receive a digital welcome link. This link will have all the information needed for check-in and checkout. Please share the link with your group. If you cannot open the link, copy and paste it into a separate browser.
Guests have access to the whole property with the exception of the locked owners closet located in the lower-level den closet. The home has keyless entry, and the access code will be provided the day of check-in. There is parking for 6 cars in the driveway. There is NO on-street parking allowed, cars may be towed at owner's expense.
Other things to note
No special attention has been made to child proofing. There are steps up to the main level and lower level of the home. The yard is not fully fenced.
Boat launch is located on Circuit Ave. No boat launch access in the neighborhood. Beach dock is for drop-off and pick-up with a 10-minute maximum docking. No overnight docking allowed.
House is close to many restaurants, including Chart Room, The Courtyard, or Corner Café. House is 7 miles from Gallo Ice Rink.
Many trails nearby including Tidal Flats, Bourne Conservation Trust, and the Shining Sea bike path.
Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.
