“Last minute accommodation, place was really cool. Only gripe was the price on hotels was less than what they charged. Was no option to select breakfast on the app, so we did not get breakfast with the bed…soooo, not really a B&B.”

“This is a very clean, very well equipped, and beautifully decorated basement walkout apartment. We stayed here for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the quiet and peaceful setting, just minutes from amenities, and a short drive from Pike's Peak. Twice we were rewarded with Elk walking past our patio, just steps away from us! (Unfortunately we didn't have our phones ready to take pics). The bed was quite comfortable, and the cozy living room provided comfortable seating areas, and a good selection……

We were looking for a place that was close to Colorado Springs but wanted something that had a more rural feel and this unit did the trick. Although unit is located behind the owners house in a sub division, all the houses sit on a couple of acres so it feels like you are in a more remote area, especially with the mountains right behind. “This place is very cute and nestled in a quieter area outside of Denver and Boulder. The hosts were very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was good. The bathroom was also very well stocked and lots of linen in case you need to set up the sofa bed.”
