WP cabin was wood siding, not logs like the others; it was in the rear, near a generator which was on all the time. Some small things pretty unusual for the amount of the cost of cabins; cheap, thin toilet paper. smaller than normal bath towels; breakfast offered complimentary self serve coffee; but you had to pay for a bun or not so good croissant. After paying $250 for dinner for 2; this seemed pretty cheap. but overall, the location; lodge and generally a lovely spot. the small things did not detract from our enjoyment. Just a bit strange.

The cabin was cozy and comfortable. Everything was set up to make a fire. We were by the road and it was very noisy during the day. It got a little quieter at night but you could hear the big trucks going by. The restaurant and staff in the lodge were great. They were friendly and accommodating. Our dinner was excellent, wonderful chef! There were coffee and teas available in the lodge daily and nice things to eat. The area is convenient to several good hiking trails and a decent distance from Banff And Lake Louise.

Only reason not giving a 5 was the hot breakfast options not being available. Giving the remoteness of the property, and going out for a day of hiking a good breakfast is a must.
