“Arrived to a clean, well decorated cottage. Smaller than expected for four adults. The view made up for any shortcomings. A small screened in porch, a deck, large flat granite rocks, the outside seating options are numerous. Best part of our day, coffee on the deck watching lobster boats, hearing loons, marveling at the sunrise. Be aware the use of the fireplace is prohibited. Would have been great on a rainy day. Location is good with proximity to Ellsworth for groceries, Bucklyn coffee in……

“We had the loveliest stay! The house had everything we needed and more than plenty space for us all! The third bathroom was a surprise and would be great if you had a larger group. The house can be divided into 4 "wings" (each wing having their own private access bathroom except for one wing) if multiple family units are staying, which is such a nice asset. We stayed over a rainy/snowy weekend in April, and being so close to the ocean was such a delight, with a fire burning in the fireplace……

“Love the area of Stockton Springs , 3rd year staying near Sandy Point, love the quiet peaceful neighborhood, great location for exploring up and down the coast, hiking on Cadillac Mt & Mt Batty , kayaked in Stonington, oyster farm in Edgecomb , and of course Young’s Lobster Pound the best in ME ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Brooksville. The property is beautiful and quiet, but close to local hikes. The beds were super comfortable and we loved the chefs kitchen, which is actually appointed so you can make meals easily. The property was very clean and the WiFi fast (we had to work remotely one day). Host was easy to communicate with and flexible when we needed to alter checkout. We will definitely be back when it is warmer, the path to the water would be wonderful then”

“We really enjoyed this property for our 4th visit to the Maine mid-coast area this year. It was a private and quiet setting surrounded by trees decked out in beautiful fall foliage. Easy access to Camden and many idyllic little townships. Some beautiful hiking nearby too. The house was tidy with an easy layout and good beds. We lacked nothing and were very comfortable. Host Mark was quick to respond if we had any questions. The house is multi-level so there are stairs.We will stay again……
