"We stayed in Antonio's villa for a week with 3 children. The villa is beautiful with great views and fresh air. Antonio has been a great host, leaving us a very nice welcome pack and helped with an emergency we had during our stay. The villa itself is very clean and the views from the balcony are amazing. "We were looking for an out of the way quiet apartment to base a month trip to Italy. I had heard about Calitri from a House Hunters International show on HGTV. The people of the town were lovey....friendly and welcoming to us. I orginally was not going to have a car but I think it would have been very difficult to be in this town with a car to explore surrounding areas. Host was super quick to respond with questions we had. All in all a great month! "

"Ok, you have to visit this place!!! Its a renovated 1921 winery manor house on a hill in the country! Our warm and welcoming host, Antonio used a translation app to speak ti us. Because the property is in the middle of nowhere i asked about dunner, he then asked about our dietary requirements etc. when we arrived he said dinner would be st 8. Fair enough, when we came down at 8 he had an un-corked breathing bottle of his red wine , and a HUGE spread of Anti-pasto. Crusty fresh bread, 5 or so hot dishes, a fennel salad, local cheeses, prosciutto etc. It was fabulous. After stuffing ourselves for over an hour, he asked about our Second. We politely declined. The room was comfortable with a balcony over looking the countryside. In the morning when we walked out on the balcony we were met be the sounds of farm animals and a spectacular view. I highly recommend this quiet, beautiful, peaceful and delicious experience! Thank you Antonio. "
