“Stayed here on business trip! Excellent hotel with a wonderful breakfast. Note, the freeway can be noisy at times. ”

“The staff were friendly and courteous when checking in. My room was very clean and comfortable. Everything was in excellent working condition. ”

“Our two bed two bath was wonderful! It was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with lots of dishes, and a wine opener! Dishwasher and laundry soap were provided for the stay. The large bathtub was shallow, but large and enjoyable for a bath. We really enjoyed the large covered deck with a table outside. If I had one piece of criticism it would be the adult spa had several children in it during our stay (it wasn’t well marked) but we were lucky to have quiet and respectful……

“It was great in all categories. The beds were good, the pillows were those smaller square ones (which I am not entirely fond of). Shower was great, the desk person was very good. I don’t know about breakfast because we left before it opened”

“我在這裡居住了10晚，中間去了一趟大峽谷，從大峽谷回來後又住了兩晚。 前9晚住的十分舒適，也很開心地使用房內的廚房設備，以及飯店的泳池、健身房。 然而，在最後一晚，由於飯店內施工，導致晚上十一點至隔天凌晨五點停水，完全沒有水可用。服務人員很貼心的送上幾瓶礦泉水應急。這對我來說十分困擾，因為我非常注重睡前先洗澡，但卻意外遇上這場停水，只好硬著頭皮先睡，隔天再起床洗澡。雖然業者已經很有誠意的處理這個問題，但我認為應該要提前公告，寄個email或貼個紙條在門口也好，而不是等到我發現沒水了，打去櫃檯問才知道停水。 在離開Scottsdale前遇到這種事，對於整體的住宿體驗大大扣分。但或許只是我運氣不好遇到吧？下次若要到訪此地，會再審慎考慮是否要住這間。”

“It exceeded our expectations. Our family unit was huge and the amenities are great. The pools are clean and there were so many of them to choose from. The staff is so kind and the restaurant was convenient. The only thing was the craft area for kids was a bit pricey for what they had to offer. $5 to paint a rock? At least if they have the option of parents being able to step away for an hour, then they could charge whatever they wanted for that area. 😅 Regardless, we loved it here and would……
