"View from the terrace has a beautiful mountain view and is great for watching the hustle and bustle of the street below. Easy walk to the train station, lots of stores and restaurants close by. Easy downhill walk to the Archaeology museum. Staff were easy to get a hold of, and the suite itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Highly recommend if you are staying in Naples. "

"The apartment is so lovely. It is a very spacious property and in a good location to explore all of Naples. The communication from the host was excellent and they were very attentive and quick to respond to any queries. "We really enjoyed our stay. The property manager was amazing, he checked on us via messages regularly. He gave us recommendations of places to see and restaurants to visit. There were books and phamplets in the apartment about local sights. The apartment is in the historic district near the Metro station and on one of the busiest streets in Naples. There is a grocery store that you can see from the balconies. The beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again. "

"Overall, this location was amazing. The only potential downside for others is accessibility as the unit is located in the middle of a long staircase. However, this was not an issue for us and ended up adding to the overall experience as the view from the stairs is amazing. The unit was clean and worked perfectly for me and my partner during our short visit to Naples."

"Poor service at checkin, had to fight to get the copy they took of my passport at checkout. Room was infested with ants so we could not have food in room and the air conditioner would not work. Asked for a new room but was denied, refused refund so we could check into an actual hotel but were told they have a no refund policy. Do not stay here especially when you can stay at another hotel very close for $10 more a night."

"This was a terrific place to spend 2 weeks in Naples. Federico and Vittoria are excellent hosts and the apartment is really palatial in the best Neaploitan sense. Everything you see in the property description and the photos are all true. Better, in fact, when you are actually there. The next time I go to Naples (and there will be another trip) I hope to be lucky enough to stay here again."

"It's a beautiful apartment close to the train station and many places to eat. The train station is about a 10 minute walk. Has a balcony which was nice. The host was wonderful and easy to work with. Especially because our flight was delayed and we came a day late. Would definitely stay again!"

We only used the place to shower and sleep.cooking wouldn’t have ticked all my boxes as utensils were lacking, didn’t even have a bottle opener. Excellent Hotel!

"An excellent hotel in Portici with upscale, modern, and impeccably clean rooms. The on-site dining was outstanding, and the staff was exceptionally welcoming. While located outside of Naples, the hotel provided a convenient base for exploring Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast, which were our main destinations. Their shuttle service made transportation seamless. I would gladly stay here again on a future visit."

"The staff was exceptional in their competency, promptness and hospitality. Our room was most spacious and unique and handsome in its design. I love how the tasteful contemporary design throughout the hotel is fused with the original structures of this 19th century building (the travertine staircase with wrought iron grillwork, stone walls and more). This hotel masters also essential things travelers seek like a comfortable bed and pillows, a great shower and a sumptuous breakfast. You can even dine al fresco. The windows are beautifully designed with exterior shutters, heavy glass and then solid interior shutters. This made the room soundproof. This was the first staff willing to lower the room temperature for us (we were traveling off- season and most hotels will not turn on their AC until season starts). The location of the hotel would be the only negative as we like to walk everywhere. This part of Naples is dirty and noisy, but probably safe; nonetheless, we opted to take taxis to the areas we wanted to explore. "

"Brilliant hotel in a great location and inside a beautiful 1681 building. The rooms and common areas are spacious and cosy and decor is tasteful and beautiful. The hotel provides a coupon for free breakfast of coffee and croissants at cafe foria which is just outside at the bottom of the building. Giangi, the manager is very generous and hospitable. Thanks for the great welcome and stay! Everywhere is walkable so this was a great location away from the massive crowds and yet only 20 mins to the centre."
