I stayed at ONOMO Hotel Casablanca Airport 12/01/2025 and checked in at midnight. I had booked and paid for a superior room on the garden side, expecting a comfortable and pleasant experience. To my disappointment, I was given a standard room with a view of the parking lot instead of the garden. On top of that, the room was provided with only one small towel. This left me feeling cheated and disrespected as a guest.
When I raised the issue with the reception staff, I expressed that this situation was neither honest nor reflective of the values that your hotel claims to uphold. Unfortunately, the response I received was indifferent—"there's nothing I can do" was the only reply, and when I emphasized my dissatisfaction, I was met with a dismissive "ok fine."
To the managers of ONOMO Hotel Casablanca Airport, I strongly urge you to invest in staff training and realign your operations with the values of honesty and respect that guests expect from your brand. This experience felt far from welcoming or professional and left me deeply dissatisfied.
I hope this feedback encourages positive changes, as this kind of treatment does not inspire confidence in returning or recommending your hotel.
