「This is a nice boutique hotel in a countryside village in the heart of the Marche region, ideally located if you have a car and plan to move around. The rooms are very clean, the beds are fairly comfy and the town goes silent at night, so you are guaranteed a good night's sleep. 「Amazing property in the most fantastic location. Sara and Walter are wonderful hosts. We originally booked for one night but stayed another night and changed our plans to enable this. Would have no hesitation in recommending this property. The sunset was amazing too.」

Bring iron if you need one - rooms don’t have one one (which to me seems strange for a high end property). 「This family owned property provided a welcoming and warm greeting. We had a great meal wonderful (free) breakfast. Netfix option on the TV using my own account which was great because my Italian was not very good. I needed my meds to be refrigerated snd they provided a fridge. Room had a balcony overlooking the hills.」
