“It’s a motel, with doors to the rooms that lead right outside, however I felt very safe there. The room was updated very nicely and impeccably clean! The location is also fantastic, you can walk to all the stores on the main road in downtown Falmouth, and there’s a Dunkin’ donuts with a drive thru right across the street from the hotel also. ”

“If the office is any indication, This property is just awful, dirty and smelly! Very seedy to say the least. We did not end up staying here as they do not recognize Expedia reservations. Although I was irritated by this, it was certainly a blessing in disguise! I would not recommend this property to my worst enemy.”

“Check in was easy and we got to check in at 3:30pm. Our room was large, kitchen, LR, 2 baths, BR and deck. It was very quiet, clean, and the bed was comfortable. No coffee is available in the room, or shampoo/conditioner. Only gripe was before leaving we got calls in the room and on our cell to get out. Check out is 10am...most are 11am. The resort was pretty much empty so it wasn't like they needed the room asap. I've never had this happen and didn't appreciate the calls. ”

“This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer.
