I wanted to like this more as I thought some of the staff was nice, but there were problems.
The smell for two days was horrific. What is that odor, the sewer? Nobody apologized for this.
We had someone coming to our room at 8:15 to clean the room while we were sleeping. How can this be?
The restaurant and bar operation needs help. They need to be trained, and provided support.
Long wait times - it took us an hour to get drinks from the pool bar after it was ordered, and I had gone two different times. It just takes too long and it makes you want to get in a taxi and go somewhere else. It would do so much better if it was properly managed.

I asked to speak to the mgr. I even wrote it on the receipt. only spoke to someone else who I found by the desk. (He was helpful but generally I almost feel bad for the employees. Training, support, leadership.
Condition of property needs upkeep, sometimes it is simple as painting.
Sorry, but to compete in this market, it really needs to improve.
