The hotel has very kind and careful people on its team, to whom we are grateful, with the exception of one of the employees who was extremely disrespectful when dealing with me personally, except for the mistake of the name Raissa. We arrived at 1:30 in the morning and I couldn't take a shower because the shower didn't have hot water or enough pressure. At 7:00 am, I indicated the problem and was told that it would be resolved in a few minutes. From then on, it was a nightmare: one maintenance employee, two maintenance employees and nothing to resolve effectively. We were told we would change rooms. It was already at 9am and nothing had been resolved. The employee Raissa questioned the fact that there was no pressure in the shower or hot water, despite her colleagues having already exposed the situation, insinuating that we were seeking undue advantage by changing rooms (previously, she showed us a room opposite the leisure area/swimming pool and which we could only enter after 12:00 pm: and I hadn't managed to take a shower yet). It was necessary to confront her directly and make her turn on the shower water in our presence in the room. Total nonsense. Finally, we were authorized to change rooms and this cost us another 2 hours of waiting (we later understood that they also carried out maintenance in the other room so that there would be hot water and adequate pressure in the water drop). We lost a morning in this unpleasant situation.
