“Reviews on this place are rough. I have to believe that it recently changed ownership. You can see that they have been working to improve the hotel. I was in room 28 so I am only speaking to this room. Bedding seemed new. They have added several common accessories that you would see in chain hotels. They still have more work do to but it was fine for the night. Little high priced for what you get but not off by much. Hopefully they will keep up the improvements. ”

“Very clean, new home. Super quiet neighborhood. Great place to just relax and unplug. Close to downtown PS and lake. The fancy bathtub was a bonus!”

“The Boathouse was delightful. The property was clean and well situated. It was well appointed and very clean, with everything we needed and nicely decorated. The communication from the property owner was timely and accurate. We had a lovely time and plan to stay here again as we enjoy this area of Michigan very much. ”

“We loved this place. I am sure we will go back. The location would be ideal for a large group with all the cabins on site. Awesome updated space, lots of space! Close to the water too… big park near by!! Honestly it was a GREAT PLACE… and close to Lexington, close to port Huron… just overall enjoyable!! The ONLY disappointment , and I hesitate even saying ANYTHING…. The memory foam mattresses, didn’t agree with my husband and I’s bodies :( I know that beds are super tricky to get right for……
