“There are a few issues with the listing and the property. Very happy overall with our stay. However, second bathroom door does not latch. No heat register in the second bathroom which makes it very cold. Master bedroom door does not latch. Grounds were not kept up very well. Extensions cords laying across the back sidewalk. Yard is NOT fenced in like the description indicates. We loved the location and the overall layout of the house, just needs some attention. ”

“We had a wonderful stay in this home during our trip to the Ark Encounter! Upon arrival, we all commented on how spacious it was and how clean and updated it was. We had a total of 10 people in our group, including two young children, and we had plenty of room. The home had everything that we would need - towels, bedding, kitchenware, etc. The location was very convenient to the Ark, restaurants, stores, gas stations, etc. It is close to the main highway so we used a white noise machine for……

“We enjoyed our time in Kentucky/Ohio. The house was clean, matched the pictures, and was very spacious. We enjoyed the large dinning room table for meals and games. The smaller table in the kitchen was also convenient. Sometimes when we stay places, even though they sleep lots of people, there isn’t enough seating at the table or on the couches and dishes run out quickly. That was not the case here, there was extra space everywhere and plenty of everything. We also really appreciated the hosts,……
