“Casa ampia e spaziosa, pulita e arredata nei dettagli, host precisa e disponibile. Abbiamo soggiornato un we per un matrimonio e avremmo voluto fermarci di più!”

“Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und schöne Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist etwas abseits, sodass man mit einem KFZ mobil sein sollte. Einziger Kritikpunkt wäre, dass es keinen Balkon/Terrase/Garten zur Nutzung gibt.”

“Milena and her husband, are a very sweet couple!!! Always there when we needed them. They left us little treats in the appartement, and then brought us a bottle of wine & balsamic vinegar. Their place is absolutely beautiful, well decorated. Everything you need to feel right at home!!! Their place is situated close to vineyards, so you can do some wine tasting, cherry picking when in season, close to The Ferrari Museum, & the Enzo Ferrari Museum. Lots of beautiful souvenirs at their place. Would……

“È una truffa, la stanza in realtà non esiste. Purtroppo l'ho scoperto solo dopo che ho pagato. Ho contattato il proprietario per sapere info sul check-in e mi ha risposto che la stanza non è disponibile. Dopo di chè non ha più risposto e mi ha bloccato le chiamate”

“Well appointed and comfortable apartment within a short walk of Modena town centre. Perfect location and Stefanie was very responsive to any questions, dinner recommendations or parking advice! Well set up for a couple and good air conditioning too. Only comment is there is a small staircase that is quite steep from the lift up to the floor the apartment is on but this is no issue at all. Would certainly recommend!”

“I have been there for a week in july The host is very welcoming. The place is clean, nice, and the price was very competitive. I could go to several cities like Bologna, Ferrara, Modena easily by car (30-45 minutes to go to these places) I recomend without hesitation Grazzie mile Gaetano !”

“Simona met us personally at the apartment to give us the keys and a walk around. We were stunned by the apartment: spacious, decorated, comfortable & with more amenities than we had seen so far in a short term rental. Everything was updated & very clean. Quiet neighborhood with all the services we needed in walking distance. We had a car & there was free parking at the site. I could stay here for months!! The apartment key needs a bit of a jiggle at the end but once learned, it becomes a sweet……

“Wir haben schon einige Flats gebucht aber bei Lory und Mauro war es was ganz Besonderes. Tolle saubere und perfekt eingerichtete Wohnung, voller Kühlschrank mit allem was das Herz begehrt und unglaublich tolle und aufmerksame Gastfreundschaft, immer darauf bedacht, ihre Gäste zu verwöhnen. Besser geht es nicht, super!!!!!!!!”

“My only complaint is that there are no shelves or surfaces to place items like shampoo, soaps, toothpaste, etc in the bathrooms, even in the shower. Otherwise the property is very nice.”
