We stayed at the villa for a month and I wish it never ended. The villa is designed for making you feel comfortable no matter what age: kids playing in the pool whilst adults suntanning or relaxing in the shade of the porch. The villa is furnished with high quality furnitures and great Apulia taste. The house has any accessory you may need, and the double kitchen (indoor and outdoor) made my life very easy. Less than 5min away from the beach, and 10min away from Ostuni, the location is perfect but you will need a car. And the owners just made us feel ever more spoiled, super nice family that welcomed us as we were family. There are a lot of additional services available which the owners helped us organizing.

Expensive holiday that didn't turn out the way we wanted
You have not been able to give us feedback on our case which we have spent many hours of our holiday solving together with you. The last thing you try is to say that we have only booked for 10 people, here I am only referring to the booking and email from you. 12 pcs. The issue now is that we are going to claim you for a refund for a ruined holiday, we have booked a villa on your website that says 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and 200m2. What meets us is a villa with 4 bedrooms, the last 4 sleeping places are in an annex about which there is no information on your website, not even a picture. Here there is dirt and bearded creatures and insects that we have to move out of, so we have to get the 4 people into a hotel. We spend a lot of time talking to you on the phone without a solution, just frustration. We have been told that a supervisor should contact us on 1 August, we have not heard anything.
