Very nice condo with great view
The oceanfront view if really the stand out of this location, but there were many other great features like abundant parking and nice furnishings. Only critiques would be the seating could have been a bit more comfortable and I think the AC vents need a good cleaning as I had some allergy issues.

Lovely condo and complex. Well stocked, except for our need for more wine glasses. Comfortable beds and great water pressure in showers (pet peeve). Oceanfront view was great! We certainly recommend Carolina Sunrise.

Coastal Beauty
Had a wonderful stay. Property was as advertised; clean, spacious, close to wonderful restaurants, piers. Situated at the southern end of Carolina Beach, almost to Kure Beach. Close to the NC Aquarium and wildlife areas. Check-in and check-out as easy as could be. Nice touch that there is an individual storage room on the ground floor for beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys. Will definitely use this property again.

Beautiful spot
Our rental here was great from start to finish. Our original dates were changed due to a hurricane and the management team was amazing and understanding. The unit itself was easy to check into, very cute and great location. The cleaning lady didnt get there until after we did at 4 PM, but hey, traffic and things happen. She was still really nice, finished quick and gave us ideas for our stay. I would stay here again no problem.

Reviewer Comments: Overall everything was good except the Master bathroom sink was not draining properly and the small frying pan was actually had a leak which you couldn’t see until you started cooking. Great location. Work needed on the balcony because the top cover had a leak so you got wet when you walked out.

Adorable Beach Condo
Adorable condo; comfortable, clean and decorated nicely. Great location to the beach and restaurants. Beautiful beach and area. Amazing sunrise each morning! Convenient parking. We enjoyed our stay. However, I was surprised to learn upon our arrival that the beds did not have sheets on them as it was my responsibility as the guest to make the beds and strip them upon our departure. I also found it unusual to not have been supplied with dispensers in the showers for body wash (as I bring my own shampoo/conditioner). I do appreciate the generous supply of laundry detergent to do a load of laundry. The kitchen had a useable coffee maker with only Keurig cups available and I suspect creamer was once kept in a little empty bowl next to it but wasn’t available during our stay. Thank you for a nice stay in Carolina Beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third visit to Carolina Sunrise, and it did not disappoint. We really love the location, the grassy area between the beach and condo, and the views. This time we brought our eight-year-old granddaughter, who loved eating on the covered deck overlooking the ocean and protected from the sun. The pool is a plus if you're traveling with children. The large, open parking lot means you don't have to juggle parking spaces. The working elevator made move-in a breeze. We appreciate the recent updates to the interior of the condo, especially the flooring. Carolina Sunrise is comfortable, clean, and inviting. We called our first review A Home Away From Home, and we still think that's true.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great 10 day stay, despite Mother Nature’s storm ⛈️ delivery and the elevator not working due to the storm. We were so grateful for Kannon helping us “ ‘ol folks” bring our luggage down to the car heading for home. I, Patti-Anne, had a right total knee replacement in June iand still pretty timid carrying “stuff” up and down the stairs. Please let Kannon know he was absolutely amazing carrying 3-4 bags at a time for us! Again, we really enjoyed staying at Carolina Sunrise, looking forward to a return trip!!! Have a suggestion: grab bars in the shower 🚿??Thanks again, John and Pat Molnar

A wonderful “Parents-moon”.
The condo was beautiful, so clean, and comfortable. We needed a vacation after our daughter’s wedding and this was so relaxing! We could walk to eat, the beach view was perfect and the elevator saved our backs! We will be back!

Great location, communication and clean
We had a wonderful week at Carolina Sunrise. It was clean and exactly as described. Having the storage shed to use and with some beach gear and toys were a perk! The location is amazing for beach access, close to restaurants and the balcony is amazing for views, sunsets and sunrises. The pool is a added perk, especially with a little kid. Communication was amazing- helping me find a rental company for a crib and overall communication. We will be back!,

Amazing property
My two teen girls and I stayed for a few days and couldn’t have been more pleased! Amazing beach, awesome location near restaurants, and a very comfortable and cute condo. I’d highly recommend! Well stocked with everything we needed, nice appliances, beautiful balcony…I could go on and on. Don’t second guess staying here! Just book it!

Location,location,location!
Excellent location so close to the beach with easy access. The balcony had a front row seat to the ocean it was a big balcony, always had some shade. We enjoyed drinking our coffee in the morning and our wine in the evening. Seafood on the island was good every where we ate. The Tiki Hut right down the beach had wonderful fish tacos and it’s right on the beach you can walk.
