“Very nice property that had very nice finishes. View from main floor was lovely, but the view from the second floor master was awe inspiring. Very quiet, close to the beach and beach walk. Well supplied with everything we needed. Loved hearing the surf as we fell asleep. Kids and grandkids absolutely loved the pool because it was so warm. Close to attractions and shopping. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.”

“My boys and I stayed at this property for 5 weeks and it was truly sad to leave this home. The home is located in the middle of Monterey and is inside a gated community, which makes it feel private and very safe. The house was incredible. It is fully stocked for long stays. The unit host was incredibly responsive to text when questions arrived. Internet worked well throughout the house. Fully functioning kitchen with oven, microwave, electric kettle and all the tools you need for a complete……

“Nothing I had to worry about during my stay”

“This condo is small, which you can tell by the pictures, but it’s definitely big enough for two. I just think it needs to have all the staples required for a month, like dish soap, tissue, etc. Didn’t expect to have to go out and buy this stuff myself. The location is great, very close to the beach, and great pool and hot tub! ”

“I'm enjoying my long stay in the condo with a view of the ocean. pretty quiet and close drive to the clinics in which I work. close to walking/biking path, the wharf, aquarium, Monterey sports center, Starbucks, captain stoker's and dust bowl brewery. All walkable - approximately a mile or less, except the aquarium might be 2 miles. great location.”

“We stayed at the condo for over 8 weeks in the winter. It is located in a forest so it's very quiet and peaceful. The unit was clean with a well appointed kitchen. There was an initial supply of the essentials upon check in and the kitchen has a good supply of cooking utensils. Beds were comfortable and towels were plush. It is a very quiet building and the neighbors are friendly. It is very hilly so you need to be able to be somewhat fit if you want to go for a walk in the neighborhood or……

“My husband and I rented this apartment for seven weeks during the months of January, February and March. This was an exciting place to stay because of the easy walking access to the Monterey Aquarium, Cannery Row, and Fisherman’s Wharf. Also, a very nice grocery story a block away. GREAT LOCATION! The apartment was compact but perfect for the two of us. We even had grandchildren over on the weekends and were furnished a blowup bed & sheet set from the rental agency. It has a nice gas range,……

“All good except booking listing showed a 2nd floor unit and the unit was actually ground level. Wifi trouble at first but quickly solved by owner. Lovely big pool and hot tub. Grounds very nice. Beach was good. Quiet when we stayed 10-12 May 24. I'd certainly return.”
