Room floor is filthy, my white socks turned black I’m not even kidding. The AC is abnormally loud, every time it turns on it sounds like a bomb that about to explode, waking up my kids, I just turned it off. Do yourself a favor, stop being cheap like me and just book a nicer hotel. Never again!

I love this property and the staff! Since there’s a 21 day stay at this particular property, we either pay cash for a couple nights and stay or go to different motel for a couple of nights and return. Almost all motels/hotels have a 28 day stay (makes no sense to me).

Stayed multiple times in the last year and just got past the problems (even gave them 5 star at one point) but in an emergency they would not help by giving a ONE night parking pass to my husband who drove 150 miles when my car died. No exceptions and NO concern. I’ve stayed here like 7 times in the past year just gone with the fun funkiness- but I have no patience for the lack of customer care and help I got dealing with a broken down car and a small child. I’ll go somewhere else that’s cheaper if I’m going for lack of customer service. Didn’t get into it before because they had seemed nice but the place is a disaster. I can feel the unevenness of the floor in the rooms on the 2nd floor like it’s going to fall through at some point, and the amount of trash that is outside everywhere is unreal. I could go on and on. Again- I’ve overlooked and ignored all these things for the past year because it wasn’t so bad all and all- but the general “we don’t care” about something as simple as giving us a one night additional parking pass just seems ridiculous- I can be ridiculous about little things too. Upshot is it’s acceptable if you ONLY need to put your head down somewhere for a night. If you think might need ANYTHING else go somewhere else. I will be and I’ll let you know where that is.

First time for me to stay at this Motel 6 since the rooms havre been remodeled. A couple things I noticed that are different at most other motels: great water pressure in the shower with plenty of hot water no matter the time of day/night. I do find ice machines of importance in motels/hotels. I walked the entire grounds finding 3 different locations of ice machines which is considerate for guests to get ice within a shorter distance. I find this a typical Motel 6 that has undergone renovation in the rooms making the daily room rates more understandable & easier to reserve a room to stay. The tasteful colors of paint on the walls are soft gray & sone off white. I find the dark wood most appealing in the headboards, nightstands, desks, fridge & micro cabinet, shoe bench and the hanging clothes on hangers with shelf. My room has the barn floor wood look colors from light tan to dark brown variations of wood that is my favorite! I’m not sure if all rooms have the same floor or not? In my 3 days here so far with my extending dates I have been greatly disappointed that the 3 ice machines that I found while walking the grounds looking for ice you won’t find even one cube. There isn’t an out of order sign on any of the three. My room does have a refrigerator which I am thankful for because if I had a room with no refrigerator I would definitely not want to buy ice plus you need an ice chest/cooler/some way to store it to help keep it longer from melting. Do motels have large insulated chests in case no ice to be found? How great would it be that in the lobby in this situation there is a big chest of cubed ice for guests only and as the sign reads on one of the broken down machines “Please be considerate of others when taking a large quantity of ice to work. I don’t remember the pungent sewer smell outdoors all around the property when staying here before. Could this have bearing on the ice situation?

Close to everything, legoland is a 3 min drive or about a 15 min walk.. Housekeeper do a great job.... Rooms are clean Bedding is clean And for as many people that have probably use the room before me floor is good too.... Only complaint is i wish it had an elevator..FYI property only has 2 floors......

My room smelled entirely of urine. You can tell they tried to cofer itnup with heavy clenaing supplies like bleach and chemikcsld but it didnt work. I wouldnt not stay here again. There was also black mold all over the bathroom.
